Joseph M. Addalia, Jr. Director of Technology Projects Hearst Television Joe Addalia is the Director of Technology Projects for Hearst Television, Inc. and in his roll is responsible for new technology discovery and implementation surrounding television workflows including News Technology and Broadcast Operations Technology. Joe has been in Broadcast Engineering for over thirty years and has hands on experience in all facets of the technical side of television, radio, digital and cable. He has an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Television and is a SBE Certified Broadcast Engineer and an active Member of SBE Chapter 42 in Central Florida and a Manager of the SMPTE Florida Section. In 2016 Joe was honored to be selected as a recipient of the Technology Leadership Award from Broadcasting and Cable Magazine.
