Mike Fass is Vice President of Broadcast Operations for Gray Television, and oversees Gray’s Innovation Lab. As a member of the technology team, Mike guides stations to develop and implement advanced workflows using emerging technology. Mike began his television career 22 years ago in Lincoln, Nebraska. From working as a technical director at a local CBS affiliate, to working for MTV Networks at their Network Operations Center in Long Island, New York, he has extensive experience integrating advanced technology within the broadcast television environment. Mike is passionate about local news and strives to provide journalists with the latest tools to better serve their communities.
