As Managing Director, Multicultural at PHD, Michael Roca is an expert in highlighting the multicultural business imperative. He has honed his craft working alongside Fortune 500 marketing leaders such as Diageo, Google, P&G, Ford, and State Farm.
Throughout his career he has had a proven track record of success in building culturally relevant and effective media strategies that drive brand growth and equity among multicultural and diverse segments. Michael has also helped marketers diversify the mix of their media suppliers by highlighting the capabilities of BIPOC owned, operated, and targeted media partners.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from St. John’s University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Michael also has a strong passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is currently the executive sponsor of Omnicom Media Groups Latino Leaders Network Business Resource Group.
Michael resides in the multicultural mecca of America, Miami, with his wife and their three children.
