Cosette Molina is the Senior Programming Manager for the Pluto TV en español category and Kids category at Pluto TV. In this role, she is responsible for leading the programming strategy while overseeing a team of editors who curate the Spanish-language and family-friendly categories and channels on Pluto TV.

Most recently she led the launch of Pluto TV en español, a bold new update and expansion of our pioneering US Hispanic category, Pluto TV Latino.  With over 40 exclusive channels, streaming for free, the category is now double its original size featuring 20,000 hours of multiethnic and multilingual content from hit television shows, favorite movies, news, sports, realities and more. 

Cosette's background focuses on programming strategies for the US Hispanic, LATAM and Brazil audiences and has worked at several top entertainment companies including Discovery, BBC Worldwide, and HBO Latin America. At HBO Latin America, she built programming strategies for HBO Pan-American Core Channels and implemented content strategies for all HBO Latin American feeds, according to season, region, and availability of products.  

Cosette holds a Masters of Business Administration in the Film Industry from Carlos III University of Madrid and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida International University. She currently resides in Florida.
