Michael is experienced in the acquisition, sales and packaging of linear and on-demand video networks and on pay TV platforms. He was one of the leaders who helped launch DISH Network’s interactive TV platform and also provided corporate oversight for DISH’s DBS video service in Taiwan. In addition to his retransmission consent responsibilities at Tribune Media and Nexstar Broadcasting, he also worked with their senior management to address anomalies in the virtual MVPD market that could potentially impact the ability for them to capitalize on digital distribution opportunities for their linear broadcast and cable properties.
