With two decades of media industry experience, Ethan Heftman has been with A+E Networks in various revenue generating and management roles since 2013. Prior to that Heftman was Director of Video Investment at Initiative Los Angeles where he led the largest cross platform media investment group on the West Coast. Earlier in his career, Heftman spent time at both MediaCom and OMD.

Heftman’s deep knowledge of the contemporary media landscape and commitment to client strategy and results informs his current role as head of A+E Networks Precision & Performance suite of data-driven advertising tools. Precision & Performance is dedicated to improving business outcomes for brands by optimizing audience delivery within A+E’s premium content environments.

A graduate of Gettysburg College, Heftman resides in Connecticut with his three children.
