Glenda Villanueva-Marchetta is the Multicultural Lead for a4 Advertising, the audience driven multiscreen advertising division of Altice USA She started her multicultural career as the Director of Sales of the joint venture between Caballero Spanish Media and Interep. She is Marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience in the communications industry, encompassing media, advertising, and sales in radio, linear and digital both in Hispanic and general markets. In 2019 she was responsible for launching a Multicultural center of excellence and delivered a multicultural national sales strategy for a4. Glenda holds a BA in communications from St. John’s University and lives on Long island with her husband, 3 daughters and 3 dogs.
