Christopher Martinez began his television sales career with Katz Television Group in 2014, gaining experience in the linear TV space as a sales assistant before becoming an Account Executive. While there he represented Hearst Television’s stations in 11 markets from Sacramento, California to Fort Smith, Arkansas. In 2017, he received the inaugural TVB Next Award for Television Sales. In 2018 he was promoted to Katz's Manager, Integrated Video and was responsible for selling Hearst Television’s OTT platform, Hearst Anyscreen, for all of the Katz represented Hearst stations. In 2020, he was promoted to Director of Sales for the Hearst stations in Jackson, Mississippi and Savannah, Georgia, overseeing the national sales effort for those stations across Katz’s eight regional offices around the country. He subsequently moved to Hearst Television where he now oversees ad sales for Hearst Anyscreen.
