Gray Television, Inc. acquired a minority stake in Premion in 2020. Norman works directly with key corporate clients, political campaigns, issue-advocacy groups and and their advertising agencies to develop marketing strategies and plans that utilize OTT advertising platforms to engage and motivate consumers and voters across the country.
An accomplished media executive with twenty-five years of experience, Norman was previously Senior Vice President of the Political, Advocacy and Government Group at Univision Communications Inc. Over his career, he has held senior positions with CNBC, MSNBC, POLITICO, CQ-Roll Call, Waterman Broadcasting Corporation and The Laredo Group.
A native of both Atlantic City, New Jersey and upstate New York, Norman received a B.S. in economics and finance from Farleigh Dickinson University and studied at The George Washington University School of Media and Public Affairs. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, a preschool teacher, their three teenage children, and a spirited goldendoodle.
